Services. Sam's Tint provides Commercial Window Tinting, Residential Window Tinting, Heat Reduction Tinting, Heat Rejection Tinting, Car Wrap Installation and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Sam's Tint and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. Sam's Tint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sam's Tint's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Sam's Tint in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Sam's Tint from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under AZ law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in AZ for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Sam's Tint may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
